Please submit any By-law Changes to ksdivisionofficer@gmail.com ATTENTION: Secretary.

All proposed amendments must be received by 2/1/2018 and will be posted in the newsletter for
feedback/comments from voting membership and the final draft of the proposed amendments shall be placed on the election ballot for 2018.
